Shipping and Returns
Processing & Shipping Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days (but during very busy periods we have seen deliveries take up to 11 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Please allow 72 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship internationally at this time but hope to in the future.
- Some locations may have extended delivery times due to local postal service delays.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@rymcollection.com.
- If your package is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier before reaching out.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damage for assistance.
Address Changes & Incorrect Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at hello@rymcollection.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed after your order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rymcollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@rymcollection.com to check availability.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
