Shipping and Returns

Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-8  business days (but during very busy periods we have seen deliveries take up to 11 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 72 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally at this time but hope to in the future.
  • Some locations may have extended delivery times due to local postal service delays.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@rymcollection.com.
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier before reaching out.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damage for assistance.

Address Changes & Incorrect Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at hello@rymcollection.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed after your order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rymcollection.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@rymcollection.com to check availability.
  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
